About Us

We specialise in sanding and polishing / refurbishing of timber floors for customers in Melbourne. Over the years, we have done hundreds of jobs and work scaling from domestic homeowners, real estates, cafes, restaurants, schools, hotels, pubs, museums, and insurance works. Over the years we have invested in latest technology including multi disc sanders and twin motor dust extractors for better floor quality.

Our aim as always is to provide quality service at reasonable cost. Whether it is a small or big job, we will always do our best to put a smile on our customers:)

Why Us?

• We use coatings from leading brands made in Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, and Germany.

• For minimal dust, we have dust collection vacuum systems available for all our sanding machines.

• We do not scam our customers by skipping coats. We follow manufacturer’s instructions. We take photos of each coats or alternatively feel free to come have a look while we are working as we pride ourselves in having nothing to hide:)

• ☆We do not do asbestos jobs. We are aware houses prior to 1990s may contain asbestos in tile glue, linoleum, vinyls, etc.

• We sand minimal amount possible so you don’t need to worry about loosing too much wood.

• We use sanding machines from leading brands, Lagler, Festool, (Germany), Polivac (AU), Bona, Silverline (UK) etc.

• We have 2 sets of machines so no need to worry about lengthy delays due to machine breakage.

• We are owner operated and do not subcontract or off sell our work to others.
